Developing Your Leadership Skills

   Especially for future and emerging leaders in Gen Y, come discover the key concepts of being a leader and the best strategies for developing your leadership skills and influence.  Learn the unspoken secrets that leaders know and the strategies they employ/exhibit in for influencing others. About Your Instructors

Constance Yates serves as facilitator of Business Administration for multiple colleges and universities across the United States. Constance adheres to servant leadership approach to learning and ascribes to the belief that all individuals are capable of successful learning outcomes given the appropriate learning environment and support systems.

William A. Draves has been leading meetings and organizations since high school, when he both ran local youth organizations and served on the Governor’s Committee on Children and Youth in his state. He co-founded his current work organization at age 25 and has worked with staff and voluntary leaders for almost 40 years.  
 
 
Tawanda McLaurin is a dynamic leader serving in leadership positions in education and as a facilitator of Professional Development and IT courses at the local college. She believes that each individual has what it takes to reach their goals and helps individuals create roadmaps for success.
