Julie Coates

Julie Coates is the foremost authority in North America on learning and communication styles in the workplace.  As a non-HR manager, she has decades of experience with HR issues, responsibilities, writing HR policies, and working with full-time HR professionals and attorneys.
 
Ms. Coates has been interviewed by the BBC, New York Times, Psychology Today, and numerous other national media.  She has spoken throughout Canada and the U.S., as well as in Australia, Russia, England and Germany.
 
Her pioneering work, the first in North America, on Gen Z As Managers, is her latest research and presentation sessions.  Julie Coates attended Cornell University, received a Master’s Degree, and now is an adjunct faculty member at the University of South Dakota, where she teaches in the graduate program on adult education.
 
Julie is the author of Invisible Diversity, the classic work in the field on Generational Learning Styles, and is co-author of Nine Shift: Work, life and education in the 21st century.
She was a Danforth Fellow for undergraduate teaching, invited as a guest lecturer at Radcliffe.

Lupe McElroy

Lupe McElroy has over 25 years of knowledge and expertise in the field of human resources and workplace law compliance. She is the Principal HR Consultant, Educator & Trainer at LTM Associates.
 
Prior to starting her HR Consulting/Training Firm in 1997, Lupe held Senior HR positions for a number of high-profile companies, including the California Division of General Electric, GAF Corp (Western Region), as well as the Santa Fe Railroad.
 
Lupe's business goal is to coach and educate company leaders and HR professionals to become exceptional leaders and to become more knowledgeable in workplace law compliance.
